Mark A.M. Kramer is an early adopter, participatory observer and informed critic of information and communications technologies (ICTs) and socio-techno experiences. He is a university lecturer, academic researcher and User Experience (UX) Designer actively reflecting upon the impact and influence of technologies on humanity. Mark lectures at the Vienna University of Technology (TU Wien) and at the University of Applied Sciences in Steyr, Hagenberg and the FH St. Pölten while conducting his doctoral research at the Center for Human Computer Interaction at the University of Salzburg. Mark is applying theory into practice and is actively engaged in service design for technology enhanced education, healthcare delivery and creating and testing ubiquitous and pervasive learning.
